The battle to crown each class's champion.

Master Class 2026

A glorious clash between the strongest of each class!

Master Class 2026 is beginning.

This tournament is a glorious stage to crown the strongest of each class,

and at the same time a qualifier for a spot in the World Finals,

where the world's strongest will be decided.

We ask for your interest and support

as Adventurers take on this challenge to become the world's best.

* Full details on the World Finals will be announced in a separate notice at a later date.

In addition, the following changes will be applied to Master Class 2026

in line with the current flow of content updates and Adventurers' growth.

① The participation requirement for Gear Score will be 860.

② Alchemy Stone effects will be active at all times while equipped.

③ The new Arsha's Equipment IV will be added.

Participation Requirements

* You must meet all 3 requirements below and complete your application to participate.

860+ Gear Score

Your character must have a Gear Score of 860 or higher.
※ The Blessing of the Morning effect from Black Shrine Boss Blitz does not count toward this Gear Score.

18+ of Age with an Account Registered in Your Own Name

The organizers may request a photo or physical copy of an ID card, passport, or other identification document during the Master Class 2026 to verify your identity, Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Compliance with the Operational Policy

Accounts that have been restricted from accessing the game due to a violation of the Operational Policy within the six months prior to the publication of this notice are not eligible.

Winners of Master Class 2025 may also participate in Master Class 2026.

※ Participants may enter the World Finals Qualifiers using the class with which they won the Master Class.
※ A participant who won as Warrior in BDMC 2025 and as Ranger in BDMC 2026 is eligible to enter both the Warrior and Ranger Qualifiers. The participant may compete in both Qualifiers or choose to enter only one.
* Detailed information about the World Finals Qualifiers will be provided to the first-place Adventurers of each class from the 2025 and 2026 Master Classes after all final matches have concluded.

How to Apply

* Once you meet all the eligibility requirements, follow the 2 steps below to apply.

Purchase the application form from Henlo in the Battle Arena 1.

How to enter the Battle Arena: Menu (ESC) → Battle Arena Server 1

Purchase period: Sept 17, 2026 (Thu) after maintenance - Oct 8, 2026 (Thu) before maintenance

• The Master Class 2026 Application Form can be purchased for 10 billion Silver.

• You must purchase the application form to apply.

• The application form will be retrieved once all matches have concluded. Adventurers who complete all of their scheduled matches will be refunded the Silver spent on the purchase via Mail (B).

(You will not receive a refund if you do not complete your matches.)

Apply with Trial Character of the class you want to compete with.

How to apply: Menu (ESC) → War → Apply for Master Class 2026

※ You cannot apply without an application form in your inventory.

Official Gear

• Master Class 2026 participants can compete while equipped with Arsha's Equipment IV and an Alchemy Stone sold by the Battle Arena NPC Haz.

• With Arsha's Equipment IV and all Adventure Logs that grant AP and DP completed, your Gear Score will come to 860.

• Alchemy Stone effects will apply to Trial Characters.

• Effects from crystals, Millennial Wild Ginseng, pets, Blessing of the Morning, and the like do not apply to Trial Characters.

* Master Class 2026 will be run fairly in accordance with this notice and the official rules.

Finals: Best of 5

Procedure

Log in with a Trial Character, follow the [GM]'s instructions and wait. → Accept the match invite → Match begins after the participant briefing

HP Limits & Dark Fog

Rules and Penalties Over Time

• After 1 min: Max HP limited to 80%

• After 2 min: Max HP limited to 50%

• Dark Fog appears 10 sec after the match begins
• The fog shrinks after 1 minute and 2 minutes (500 damage per sec while inside)

Disqualification & Penalty Criteria

Referees will determine whether participants are using inappropriate methods during matches and may disqualify participants accordingly.

◆ Violation of the [Master Class 2026 Tournament Rules]

◆ Failure to be logged in at the scheduled match time, leaving the arena after the match begins, or disconnecting

◆ Family name or character name that violates the Operational Policy

◆ Intentionally interfering with an opponent's match

◆ Failure to follow tournament instructions

◆ Another person participating on behalf of the registered participant

◆ Provoking or insulting other Adventurers

◆ Intentionally attempting to force a draw or failing to actively participate in the match

◆ Violating the Black Desert Operational Policy or having restrictions imposed on the registered Family

◆ Participating through inappropriate means as defined in the Black Desert Event Rules (additional action may be taken under the Operational Policy)

◆ Participating through methods other than those specified for the tournament
