Recent new adventurers have been adapting more smoothly to the world of Black Desert by utilizing the Season server and our new Support Funds system. We've been monitoring this process and observed valuable feedback and data.

One of the support features included certain challenge objectives set deliberately low so that new adventurers wouldn't face an overly steep hurdle from the start, helping them settle in more quickly.

While most adventurers used these features as intended, we identified abnormal attempts by a small number of adventurers to exploit them repeatedly in unexpected ways. After careful consideration, we have decided to raise some of the requirements.

Such behavior goes beyond simple retries and can lead to structural exploitation that affects the in-game economy, ultimately creating an unbalanced experience for other adventurers. Therefore, we are taking the following measures.

1.  Any Family found to have repeatedly created and abused accounts—based on the frequency of the behavior and the number of accounts used—has been classified under "Bug Exploitation & Abuse" and restricted accordingly.
