How to Claim

STEP 01

Go to the [BD X CD] Pre-Order Event page.


STEP 02

Log in with the platform account you used to pre-order Crimson Desert.

- Available Platforms: PlayStation / XBOX / Steam

- If you have pre-ordered a physical copy, you must first register the code enclosed in the package to your platform account before redeeming the coupon on this page.

STEP 03

Select the game and region where you want to receive the rewards.

- Available Games: Black Desert (Online) / Black Desert Console / Black Desert Mobile

* Available regions vary between games and can be selected on the event page after selecting the game.

STEP 04

Make sure your selected game and region are correct, then click [Claim Rewards].

STEP 05

A coupon code for the selected region will be issued.

- Coupons and item claims are available until:

Mar 19, 2027 (Fri), 23:59 (UTC)
Mar 20, 2027 (Sat), 00:59 (CET)
Mar 19, 2027 (Fri), 16:59 (PT)
Mar 19, 2027 (Fri), 19:59 (ET)

Please claim your rewards beforehand as they will expire after that time.

STEP 06
