Let us walk you through how to start your journey and how to obtain a Junaid Cat to accompany you on your adventure!

① Sign up at the official Black Desert website.

② After logging in, go to Shop → Redeem Coupon and enter your Prime Gaming coupon code.

③ If you have successfully registered your coupon, a message will pop up and allow you to access the Black Desert download screen. Please go ahead and download the Black Desert client!

* The Novice Edition you have redeemed can be found in My account → Package History. The Novice Edition is immediately used the moment you register the coupon.

④ Once the download is complete, open the Black Desert launcher, select either the NA or EU server to proceed with your adventure, and press Start Game!

⑤ Select your desired character and start your adventure!

⑥ Looking for the Junaid Cat that you redeemed with the Prime Gaming coupon? You can find the item at the Black Desert official website → My account → Web Storage. Then, select the server (NA/EU) you play Black Desert on. The Junaid Cat can be collected in the in-game mailbox(B).

* For new adventurers who have just created a character, there can be up to an hour of wait time to send the Junaid Cat from Web Storage to your in-game mailbox(B).

* Additional Notices

- To participate in this event, you need an Amazon Prime account or an account with an active Amazon video subscription.

- Prime Gaming coupon codes can only be redeemed once, and each coupon code for Black Desert Online and Black Desert Console can only be used on their respective platforms.

- Black Desert Online coupon codes can only be used on the NA/EU servers.

- Each of the coupon codes can only be claimed during the specified period.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.

- Event items may have restrictions (sale/trade) and/or different binding settings/expiration dates. Due to this reason, these items cannot be transferred or restored.
