MSI showing the issue https://imgur.com/a/WX3qRQR Notice the frametime spike/stutter.They look timed and they happen while staying still/moving.The stutter can be mostly felt on the bigger of the spikes.

You can keep reducing the rate of the stutters/micro stutters by removing the Minimap/quick slot (this helps greatly) and more UI elements.Picture proof  https://imgur.com/a/PAx2Ear Look at the difference.

Also nice touch removing the technical support section.There's no issues if there's no place for anyone to complain right?

No idea if those two problems are related, since I see that your FPS doesn't drop that drasticly. I drop in FPS for split second every minute. Like from 120FPS down to 60FPS ... I understand that fps drops a bit while I'm grinding because all those effects, but it goes down slowly, so it's not that bad. But those FPS dips I get every minute are instant ... going from 120FPS to 60, just like entire game would freeze for 100ms. It's just horrible.

The only solution I found to this is to change the core affinity policy of BDO to 6 threads, preferably to 6 "true" cores. The game seems to operate at a higher framerate and way smoother, frametimes are more consistent therefore.

Removing UI defenitely helps, especially if you remove the minimap and the chat, those two have the most impact.

Sounds like the LUA Garbage Collector does not run that often or too much garbage is produced. The 2D map has the most impact. Simply use the 3D one.

When the bigger of the spikes happen the dip is noticable don't get me wrong.Quick 140>120>140 especially if I'm doing something while its happening like using skills or moving around really fast.

You would think PA would find a workaround after so many years with this issue.It would only make their game more appealing if anything (it's the only reason atm stopping me from playing full time as I'm senstive to stutter and it just ticks my OCD)

Yeah I also hope PA will fix this one day. I enjoy playing this game, but when I get hard stutter every minute of my grinding or even when I'm doing more or less semi-afk tasks like cooking and running from NPC to NPC and this stutter happens ... it's just bothering me too much, to enjoy this game to it's fullest. 

Hopefully if more players like us write to them about this problem, they will somehow fix it :)

Yep that's basically my frametimegraph too and what's crazier is that's how everyone elses graph looks and they just put up with it.

If you can contact support and nag about it then do so.I've been doing for 2 years so far with no change :/ 

I'm wondering if with the Change from Kakao> pearl abyss then we can get some actual change.

the funny thing is u cannot change the core number or priority affinity atm if u have Intel processor  =))) .  
Using TaskManager/ Process Lasso u cannot change the BDO process priority after the big maintenance (only with Intel processor) and now i've started to have FPS drop !

Report it to them.We may be able to get some actual fixes.Who knows.Maybe we can get something similar to tarkov where you can choose which cpu cores get used or better yet a proper fix to cpu core utilization.
