would it be possible, for just 1 set of outfits for every female class to not have hecking high heels, even if you release a standalone pair of boots that are flat and can kinda work with alot of current outfits would be awesome. its not fun looking at our characters in heels trying to do battle(if tried to fight irl in heels it doesnt work) even when we are in our bikinis, its clearly obvious our poor characters feet have been in heels so long even when not wearing any heels we're still acting like we are (the stance)
can we PLEASE just get 1 group outfit or 1 each that has a flat bottom shoe/boot/greaves PLEASE

Funny thing is that even if you're in your underwear in BDO. Female characters still appear as if they have heels lmao. Such a weird detail.

Yup, it's baked into the character model, changing/reversing that is no small feat and I doubt PA would do it.
Although there is Canape shoes that do appear to have no heel, but in reality it's in there ...

I think it would require changing the models and such. And in consequence the outfits. Seems more complicated than it looks. You can notice this even in NPCs. Only exceptions are Shai NPCs and class itself and Tamer.
