Yeah ... Sadly that's the most disturbing part... So people try not to think about those kind of wierdos.

Having a representation or urself in an online game is the norm for mentally stable individuals, that have high empaty.

Experiencing a story from a characters perspective is the norm in single player games (regardless of gender).

Having a character that gives you sexual gradification because ur lonely and cannot get it in RL, is also fine... I always say I would rather have the loser lust over some character in a game, rather then droll while looking after you in a park, at least if they do it in the comfort of their own home they are not making anyone uncomfortable.

But the most strange people are probably the ones that completely detach from the character and are pleased by controlling the "being" on the screen... The mental health implication....ooooffff.

Again, all wierdos are welcomed to abuse virtual avatars that have no feelings rather then do it to someone in RL. It's better to have them obsess over some virtual assets like Shai or dk, or whatever... then do it over a child or some woman out in the world.

Meh, I like My Warrior and Archer....Would I like a male Death Knight? Hell yes...but not having a lot of alts can make things interesting as well.

The "bone" they are throwing us are the female classes, not interested in staring at a sweaty male's ass while gaming. Most men I know who play the game have 0 interest in male chars, nor do I.

Pro Tip: Playing CHAD in BDO won't make you a 'roided up macho man IRL and won't make people believe you are one, and since it doesn't matter what the gender of the class is according to some zoom zooms in this thread (that very notion is retarded, but I won't get into that), why do you mind? :)  One of BDO's strongest pluses are the aesthetics, and, quite obviously, these aesthetics shine on females which, as someone else unceremoniously put it, one can LuST OvEr. And like it or not, most men who play do exactly that. Releasing sweaty male apes will lose them a lot of money on outfits, so they are doing the only logical thing tbf.
