What would be the class for long term commitment & balanced? (I'm more of a PVP player from WoW)

Currently playing Wizard (Lv 58) & looking for your comments (Wizard Scc or Awak better?)

I'm gonna throw this in before you start getting flooded with the favoritism and the "Striker Monkey good!" & "Ninja = Carpal Tunnel" comments...

Play whatever you think is fun, Black Desert is constantly changing and you'll notice Buffs/Debuffs constantly happening. In the end, you'll ruin someone's day a lot quicker with a class you know how to play than a class you choose to satisfy your flavor of the month. I've been able to embarrass Sorceress and Striker players (some consider to be great PvPers), meanwhile I was bullied by a Shai and Tamer many times. In the end, it's all about gear and skill.

If you make a Trial Character, you're able to unlock all skills for Succession and Awakening. Do this for any class you think is interesting, play around and see what you like best. You'll be able to fight other players within the Battle Arena also, so you can see what feels best in PvP as well. I was a Nightelf Demon Hunter and Dwarf Wizard when I played WoW. Been in BDO since launch almost seven years ago and my personal class swaps and tags have been the following:

Wizard > Berserker > Striker > Archer > Sage

if its for pvp, you have way better starter classes that require way less gear to make an impact.

unless u wanna be PA/healbot, then play succ without gear and die on repeat.

Awa wizard is more relaxing for PvE. For PvP I would recommend Succession wizard, but Awakening wizard can work fine too. The playstyles are very different however so it ends up being your choice whether you want to focus on range (succession) or melee (awakening).
