As the title says, make the CC recovery time equal for every class. Why is this a thing?

Wait, it isn't the same? I only really play my main wizard, so, I just thought some classes had recovery skills in their kit?

As a shai player who spends about 15% more time lying around on the ground when I get CC'd, I bring along a picnic basket and just have lunch while in down there for what seems like forever.

Have a +1, that made me chuckle xD although, being perma CCed for so long is not fun, too much CC that lasts too long for a somewhat "fighting" game.
