Why the handicap mob-aggro limit?

Players invest and commit thousands of dollars and hours into perfecting their gear, skill, and knowledge to all be capped in PVE by mob aggro limit.  It boggles my mind and makes no sense.  It's like we'll always have on training wheels on a high end sports car (pick your class, and gear score), and have to obey an imaginary speed limit.  What's the point?  If a player wants to "take" a spot, or make X silver an hour, they are going to.  They do it now.  Grinding is 90%+ of the content in BDO, but yet it's regulated in a way that doesn't respect a players time.  It's kind of like spending $1,000+ on pets that don't loot fast enough (which is a seperate issue).

We as players should be able to pull 20-30+ or more mobs and none have these stupid limitations.  Let us decide the risk\reward.  Can the mobs also move faster and be more aggressive?  They all use canes and walkers and are non-threatening.  

TLDR; Pulling TONS of mobs is fun!  We work hard for our gear, and to learn skill.  Why the stupid mob aggro limit?

IIRC, witches and wizards could pull 21 at a time in places like hysteria because their pet and lighthouse was able to aggro as well.  Witchards and Tamers were pulling twice the amount of silver per hour due to this so PA patched the aggro limit.  It was fun, but PA made a decision long ago on this to limit aggro to 10 +1 for each pet then went farther and removed pet aggro to go over the cap.

One of the main reasons I like Miruwak is the feeling of getting zerged.

That's my point!  Pulling a bunch of mobs is fun and challenging depending where you're pulling.  Anything that's fun always gets canceled by PA.

You can have maxiumum gearscore in the game, and will never really get to test your skill or gear because of this stupid mob limit.

Although I agree with you, they don't have the financial incentive nor the apptitude to change this aspect of the game.
Even if you could aggro 30 mobs, your skills are only hitting 10 targets at a time.
If they change max targets "hitable", then they'll likely mess up PVP moreso than it already is.
Their objective is not for you to "have fun", they're objective is to get you to spend money. If you can have fun while spending money, then both of you win.

so you can grind longer and its easier to dictate the meta? Kinda obv to me, idk

Nowadays player do EVERY bit of testing, if PA wast so incompetent or prideful. They would just use the feedback check it themselfs and go off that in small increments to achieve their goals, but instead most of the time they slap what seems random numbers and hope for shit to stick on the wall.

ah why am i even trying, they probably think they are the best devs ever and can do no wrong its just the stupid players that dont know how to have fun.
