I'm DesserJack (Kunoko Family) and I'm asking for help beacuse I can't get the "Bandits' Treasure Chamber" knowledge to complete the [Manor] - The Lion that Serenades the Sun II.

I've read that this type of knowledge can be obtained thorugu a quest, but I can't start anymore in Serendia.... What sholud I do?

I only started playing this game in January.
So......i logged in and went to continue playing from yesterday.  I've been hanging around Trina Fort lately and had some smaller tasks to complete.  My toon went running out into the fracas only to get immediately walloped without ANY chance of surviving.  On reviving and closer inspection, i discovered all of his amour and gear had been removed and placed nicely back to inventory.....all of it.  
My question is: 
Why did this happen??  Will this be a common occurance in the future?  The character's level is at 49.....is that why?   
It's the end of the Winter Season....could that have something to do with it??  Something i should know about but don't?

This is a lovely game but has so many unnecessary issues and complexities.   
                                                       No wonder more people aren't playing it.       Just sayin'.....

Hello, I just created Drakania and I think I'm supposed to see some kind of ion gauge (she's level 56 now). I have "Shard's Ions" Visible on the interface ui but it's still not showing up. I've tried both custom HP bar and regular HP bar.

I have a level 56 season, the main quest is Fugar memorandum the quest says to reach level 20 I'm confused. Thanks for any help
