So what you are saying if true is you and your guild are a bunch of absolute toxic POS individuals who who went out of your way to extensivly harass someone (possibly against terms of service) and unless they are willing to log off in this case they didn't causing you to ruin their account, real upstanding members of society you and your friends are by the sounds of it.

Sounds like the perfect taste of karma to me, and pretty much worked exactly as the definition of the word.

Everyone is grinding in a spot without problems like two villages next to one another. One person from said village goes rogue and decides to attack another that did no wrong. Retaliation happens and a warning is given to leave this village alone. Instead of going back and minding their own business, this rogue person decides that he wants to keep attacking this village, and bring one of his friends with him. His friend helps a little, but starts to realize that if he keeps going after another friendly non combative village, that he is going to be punished (maybe). His original rogue friend however has no intention  of stopping the attacks on a still not involved (doing their own thing) village. The village being attacked finally gets fed up and tries to declare war on the attacking village. Sounds to me like this village wanted nothing to do with it and cast out this rogue person who was constantly going after another village. After causing so much trouble (which probably would have continued for a while causing loss of resources and time ex: buffs and just time in general playing the game) the village being attacked is fed up with the constant attacks. Just like a man who commits a crime, if it happens over, and over, and over again, the punishment will be more severe. What could have ended with a warning now as the attention of the whole village that will take its residents, and do everything in its power to crush this rogue man into the dust. Justice has now been served.

If said rogue attacker decided to stop causing such commotion, none of this would have happened. Imagine driving down the road and a car accidentally sideswipes you. No harm done, exchange insurance, go on your way. Now what happens if this person continues doing this and is now causing you a lot more trouble. Of course the police will be called, and a just sentence will be administered. 

Welcome to being held accountable for being annoying. Its like people don't realize PA decided to add an insane amount of features to stop things like this and then others still complain when they don't take advantage of those features.
