Succ Drak: PVE Buff doesn't address core issue.

Know what's great about Woosa? Every skill does damage.
Know what's bad about Drak? All of her setup skills do nothing.
A/D + RMB > LMB - 24% crit rate buff. It does 2 hits. Change it to be one strike to improve it's combo speed.
F - Pre-buff and does no damage. Buff damage or increase AP buff.
RMB - Does no damage, important for ions and accuracy. No reason to ever have additional hit unlocked.
S + LMB - Her primary DP debuff skill. Does no damage, slightly slow.
W + RMB - Deals marginal damage, even with 100% crit. One of her most important skills.
E - Strongest ion generator. No damage, short reach.
Almost half of her kit doesn't contribute to overall DPS and most of them will be used once or more in a combo. Not a whole lot she can do when her best skills are on a long CD. Doesn't help either that she feels really clunky when she's forced to dodge and mess up her animations that are pretty long when not combo'd.
