There are multiple inconsistencies between the Tuvala Pendant item description and it's functionality.


-"* This item cannot be enhanced, including Caphras Enhancement."

The Pendant enhances just fine from Base to V with the usual Time-Filled Black Stones like all Tuvala Gear. No Caphras enhancement is correct, as is the norm with all Tuvala equipment.

-"- How to Obtain: Graduate with a Season Character to automatically gain an equippable Tuvala Pendant"

Upon doing the Succession Quest the Adventurer is given a base Tuvala Pendant and a Marni's Pocket Watch. As stated above the base Tuvala Pendant given is able to be enhanced from +0 to PEN V like normal, despite the item discription stating otherwise. 
Upon season graduation the Tuvala Pendant does turn from seasonal gear to regular gear along with the rest of the Tuvala set as intended, but remains unable to be equipped.
In other words; graduating with a seasonal Dosa does not cause you to "automatically gain an equippable Tuvala Pendant" nor does the Pendant recieved from the Succession quest become equippable despite turning from seasonal gear to regular gear as all other Tuvala gear does.


Side note: The Marni's Pocket Watch does become equippable once graduated so is working as intended. But this has +25 AP against Monsters, shares the +10 All Species Damage, yet does not have any sheet Awakening AP like the Pendant does. So if the calculation for Succession Damage is still 70% Main AP 30% Awakening AP dependant, the V Tuvala Pendant which states should be equippable once graduated would weigh in at +35.55 AP versus the +25 AP against Monsters provided by the Pocket Watch.
