Can someone please explain to me what this is supposed to mean and how TF I am supposed to use it??
No matter what I do, I cannot get the "Generative Effects" to activate, even when I am standing right in the center of the elemental circle! Also, you cannot use Airy Piercer in awakening stance... I thought maybe it would activate on Wind Shear, but apparently not. It also does nothing when I switch to my main-weapon and use it! This is frustrating...
I would love if somebody could help me understand PA's vague and completely unhelpful tooltip.
