He is average why nerf?

Not actually average. well... Maybe with the nerf.

Im afraid that the nerf might be too much/ but also that the CD getting higher on Nail Down is rather annoying.

It's what happens to all new classes after being out for awhile. 

PA  making money on new broken class and then  hard nerf so nobody will play on him. And again making money, because people leave dead class.  

Default PA tactic.

It's a shame . It's true that he need a nerf . But he didn't deserved a huge nerf on all his class and skills. In my opinion Just two or three skills to make it more balanced  . But man ? 25 % on his passive and ~10% per skills , it's so ridiculous . And witch succ still have her class buffed ! Please Pa stop being a clown with your playerbase.

maybe a 5% dmg nerf was better instead of 10%...

Zerker, Strikers and DK are average too. So is Musa. Hash. Maegu. Yeah. AOS is basically all these classes aside from a few others. Why dosa only? Good question.
