Add more options to disable specific buttons in the micro menus.

I don't need buttons on my screen for half these things in these micro menus.
Why is there a dedicated button to 10 year old outdated tutorial videos? Horse races, microphone settings I don't use, titles, residence locations, etc.
Don't need to know that I get Merv's Pallete when I have a value pack. Appearance change coupons, Old Moon Treaty (2 factor), etc.
Give these menu bars a toggle for each button so I can choose what information I actually care about.

True also the black spirit telling you have better gear, or related to UI, some options to remove announcements are missing like guild member enhancing success or merchant ring
