the class is legit stuck with 2016 kit
1) some improvments would be insta cast PROTECTED AREA like the one valk has or we should be able to insta cast it after succ skills or tp
2)-15 magic dp on earth arrow should be -20 magic and a new -dp on a skill since most of the magic classes can do 3 debuffs (1 addon 1 on skill and 1 magic dp) but wizard is stuck with -15 and no - dp on skills like other classes
3) I BEG I AM ON MY KNEES DO SOMETHING WITH PRIME :EARTHQUAKE:EVADE make it iframe into sa or faster or something please :sob:
4) tp cast bar should be gone 
5) Prime:Voltaic Discharge Diffuse legit such a nice skill but also such an int cant be canceled at the end and is unprotected please change it 
6) pressing HEALING LIGHTHOUSE IV is legit asking to be killed make it faster or give it better heals or protection
7)give us witch Prime: Multiple Magic Arrows with elements and stuff :3
8) an increase to mana pool would be nice for the class 

First line of this post sorta sums it up and thus leads to the joke that mages are just a victim class these days (PA/healbots).

The final nail in the coffin of the victim class role was likely the nerf to slows which was one of the few tools that a decent mage was able to use to keep some of the more ridiculous mobility/protection power creep most classes have gotten in check. That is no longer the case and the slow nerf came with no rebalances to compensate a class that was 100% reliant on landing slows to be able to kite.

Probably 100 different ways this problem could be fixed and I'd honestly take any of them at this point. Mage is a glass cannon class without the cannon that went from being a range poke class to essentially being a W key victim class that does less damage than tank/bruiser classes/builds.

Me too, I also stopped playing because Wiz is such a crap class. I don't want to and won't play any other class. I normally played Succ for pvp and Awa for pve, but both spec are crap and ineffective.
