Hey all, I Play a ninja and currently Im sitting at 263/274/335 stats. Dim, bhegs, gryffon, and uwugons.

I dont know if I'm just really horrible at the game but whenever I seem to try to go to Elvia Foghans I get annihilated. I checked the recommended ap/dp and Im over it yet I seem to have a really hard time. Is there something I'm missing? I've never had similar problems in other grind spots around my ap/dp before. I've done biraghi den fine as well as imps a couple of times with a friend. But foghans just bloody melt me. 

If you have any tips or maybe think im doing something wrong, please do tell.

I've heard Evasion builds help at Elvia. Ninja is an evasion class so, maybe thats the move. 

Make sure you've got crystals and your skill-addons are set as well. Use Draughts and Meals as well as tent buffs and alchemy stones. If you don't have Tachro's Spirit Stone or Vell's Heart I would buy a Sturdy Aclhemy Stone of Destruction. Make sure you also make your way over to the Ninja/Kunoichi Discord for class specific help from other Ninja/Kunoichi players

Definitely master some ninja combos first with optimal add-ons.

Your absolute best bet to help with damage or survivability at a spot is using better artifacts/lightstones to grind with, which all in all, weigh out way higher and cheaper than gearing normally.

So you can run more DR to be tankier in pve if needed. Here's a list of lightstone combinations you can pick from (priority monster DR/monster damage reduction rate), to help with survivability:

Considering your gear level, evasion probably isn't the best play for now, but you can work on that later.
