• They increased the amount of possible trades, but kept the 1,000,000 bargain available, in the long run, we will have to choose between making silver or replace the stock of t4 items.
•We are already limited by the amount of available islands and exchanges. Why keep the bargain system still in barter?
•Consider change the weight of all barter items.

while in general i dont disagree with reduced weight and it would def compliment glab changes, i dont see the problem you're posing at all. u can self regulate yourself to the old system if you want. you can skip margoria which in term of time investment is a straight win as well

Well, I believe that the main change that players who barter want is a silver return according to what is generated in other content, or close to it. What do you think about removing the bargain system and letting players do (if they want to) all possible exchanges?

removing parley would be the right solution for bartering alowing them to do as much as they want. Remove the swap windows function too (with a limitation of some kind so players cannot only do coin runs or money runs; let's say you get 10 swaps a day. it allows you to barter all day if you feel like it).
i never bartered afk and i was doing back to back windows in 1h30/2h for what i needed. Then no more possible bartering.

The silver was decent before valencia. Now that i can make more, in a shorter amount of time, it makes no sense bartering for silver.
What about bartering because you like it? what is there to like? it's fun when you can do it and play with your stock. with the current sytem i was getting a bigger and bigger stock until i stopped doing all but the 5m.

A silver buff is needed in all sailing content. As well as some bug/exploit fixes and some QoL changes. Small stuff easily done for most but as we are not listened to, hard to see the good coming.

I fully agree with everything you said. Today I'm close to 110k exchangers and I'm just continuing to barter because I'm close to getting 2m of crow coins and buying Nol. After buy it, bye bye barter.

But look how funny, in a short time we managed to find a much better solution than the one proposed by PA. It really seems like they have no idea what they are making.

I did not come up with this suggestion now, i came up with it as soon as barter came out.
i like sea stuff and had a lot of fun bartering at the beginning for several reasons: managing goods is fun, silver was decent compared to other ways of making silver, we could fire at other players, and we needed barter for a better ship. 
Now why would i barter? managing goods is still fun but has no point anymore, and there is 0 fun fun while doing it because you get crappy silver and cannot fire at anyone.

Bdo is all about limitations and rng, let the players play and reward them for playing! simple fixes

My biggest problem by far is not having enough parlay all the time. I'm not even speed bartering and run out. Reduced transaction costs, halved cooldown and double refresh on the crow scroll is what I'd ask for.

IMO here's a few observations but I haven't done it in months because it's one of the most boring things to do in the game but it was one thing I really want to get into.

1. Fix Parley

2. Redo the ship system so that there is a progressive improvement over time and people aren't just immediately jumping for the frigate / carrack etc... Like, it should be a rewarding experience to upgrade your ships but instead it's a painful process and you're better off just saving 3bn silver for the frigate and go from there. BTW the frigate is worth more than 3bn for the amount of time spent managing the crafting of it and so help you if you have to gather all of those logs by hand which is why few people actually craft them.

3. Logs are undervalued and a big waste of time for reason above ^

4. Ships should  not slow down to an absolute stop. Even in real life you can ride against the wind. There's a term for this in sailing, forgot what it is but it's doable. Min speed should be current max speed of a ship and if you get current / wind it should act as a bonus, not a penalty if it's against you.

5. Cost of everything combined makes bartering not worth the investment but if parley and speed is fixed, PERHAPS it might make it worthwhile.

6. Forced PvP makes no sense for this. There are pirate guilds who do nothing but go around griefing lifeskillers, especially sailors doing semi-afk bartering. What is the purpose of this? There is no system in place to protect you such as hiring NPCs or other players to protect you. Even if you could, it wouldn't be worth the money as you're already losing silver/hr doing bartering. A single maxed out ship can take out a fleet. Yikes!

Maybe one solution to this could be that if you have trade items on your ship you cannot attack other players and other players cannot attack you outside of Margoria (aka safe around non-margorian barter routes).

Forced pvp makes as much sense as in land. Some players like the possibility to attack whoever they want for whatever reason. You may have a player you dont like and should be able to kill him when you meet him. you can't have as many war decs so sometimes, you just pk, because you can. The pirate system is useless. it just prevents newbies to use canons. Players should have an incentive to hunt pirates. What's next step? if you go red on a ship, your game uninstalls?

there are 0 guilds in EU still killing barterers and there never were that focused them. There were a few players going on rampages but no guild ever focused on cleaning the seas from barterers.

Bartering should not be something you do afk or if you do, then use a 49. it's like horse training. Many times i got hit by someone, and then i adapted. i use now a 49, porblem solved if i don't want pvp, while not imposing my will on others.

A week's worth of battering maybe?

Like why don't they leave the name of the bartering node in the open sea after we find it already?, and now we have to have another  NAME of NODE map open to know which one to go to, It makes no sense at all, they do leave the name of the node in the Desert?
