Suggestion: Bring Awakening Wizard's kit up to par with current class balance.
Details: Currently, there are alot of problems with awakening wizard in the scope of the game's PVP (and to an extent, pve) balance.

The main problems I would like to point out to start with are Mobility and Animation Time / Speed. The awakening wizard kit at current is an immobile turret sort of class, except that sort of playstyle simply does not work in the current game's balance. There are too many high mobility, high damage, permenantly (or nearly) protected classes for awakening wizard to reasonably compete.
Starting with the staff kit, here are some changes I would propose:

  1. -https://bdocodex.com/items/new_icon/04_pc_skill/01_pc_skill/08_pwm_skill/pwm_skill_3131.webp Absolute: Meteor Shower: Make this skill Super Armor on Cast, Forward Guard on attack. Increase PVE damage from 1465% x4 + 1600% x4 to 1465% x6 + 1600% x8.

    Reason: This skill being unprotected on attack makes perfect sense in the context of succession's kit, given its high mobility and chaincasting abilities.
    However, in awakening's case, this skill is far slower and has much less use cases in most PVP scenarios. The majority of the staff skills are not used for damage, but for debuff / CC utility. I also suggest a PVE Only damage buff for this skill, given its cast time:damage ratio is pretty bad.

    Reason: This skill is, on the whole, almost entirely functionally useless. Its function is a slow, projectile speed limited ranged stiffen with little to no damage in PVP, and most times this skill is only cast on accident when trying to cast Meteor or Blizzard instead. Most people that PvP on awakening (how little there are nowadays,) lock this skill due to its lack of.. everything, really. Comparatively, Prime: Earth Arrow is a very good skill. It has a -15 DP debuff, is much, much faster, deals more damage, and has a faster projectile speed.

    Reason: Earth's response is a very nichely applicable skill, being an un-protected somewhat slow float. Most the time this skill is only used for short distance re-positioning, not for damage or CC. Aiding the lack of mobility for awakening via being usable from Awakening will help alot as well.

    -https://bdocodex.com/items/new_icon/04_pc_skill/01_pc_skill/08_pwm_skill/pwm_skill_2170.webp Rain of Fire: Allow this skill's casting speed to be effected by  Sage's Memory, allow it to be quick-cast after Meteor,  and allow it to be canceled by conventional skills (Earth's Response, Magical Evasion, Hellfire, Sage's Rage, Swift / Trembling Earthquake.) 

    Reason: Currently, this skill is lacking alot of already established interactions with other staff skills, namely being canceled by Earth's Response, Magical Evasion, Hellfire, and skill enhancements. It also isn't effected by Sage's memory for some reason, despite sage's memory increasing the cast speed of every other staff skill in the kit, even Teleport.

    Reason: The skills this is largely applicable to* are all Unprotected, otherwise un-usable skills due to their lack of casting speed, which this skill remedies, however its cooldown for that application is far too long currently, at 3 minutes & 30 seconds. *(Meteor, Blizzard, Lightning Storm, Residual Lightning, frigid fog.) These changes collectively would make the staff kit alot more useful, and complement the awakening kit much more.

    Now, onto the Awakening Kit changes.

    - https://bdocodex.com/items/new_icon/04_pc_skill/01_pc_skill/08_pwm_skill/pwm_skill_5707.webp Flow: Magical Evasion: Reduce cooldown to 2s, allow use from staff stance as an awakening weapon swap, enable this skill to animation cancel Bolide of Destruction, Cataclysm, and Barrage of Water. and add a second, unprotected "charge" similar to Succession: magical evasion after the first after the first use of the skill. 

    Reason: Currently, this skill's cooldown is too long for the distance it travels, and the added utility of another awakening swap and being able to cancel certain skills would be very useful. The second charge would aid in burst movement when repositioning to cast certain skills, such as Hellfire or Bolide of destruction.

    - https://bdocodex.com/items/new_icon/04_pc_skill/01_pc_skill/08_pwm_skill/pwm_skill_6770.webp Barrage of Water: Separate the movement section of this skill into another skill, called Flow: Barrage of Water, which would have a cooldown of 7 seconds. Reduce the cooldown to 12 seconds, reduce the endlag at the end of the animation. and make this skill a Tier 3 Addon. 

    Reason: This skill, currently, has far too long a cooldown for what it does. First of all, the movement function of this skill is very unintuitive as to when it is actually activated, since nothing in the tooltip indicates when the skill will move you or not, and often times the movement is unintentional especially when using this skill in a combo after Magma Bomb.  The endlag on the skill adds an odd delay between the end of this skill and the start of other skills, making certain combos slower. Making this skill a tier 3 addon would help the application of it in extended combos, in both PVP and PVE.

    - https://bdocodex.com/items/new_icon/04_pc_skill/01_pc_skill/08_pwm_skill/pwm_skill_2247.webp Flow: Aqua Bomb: Add an alternative input of LMB to this skill, which could be used after Aqua Jail Explosion, Chilling Wave, Barrage of Water and Magma Bomb.

    Reason: Currently, this flow being restricted to use only after Water sphere makes it inconvenient to use, especially considering that doing so is unprotected, only realistically applicable if Core: Water Sphere is taken.

    -https://bdocodex.com/items/new_icon/04_pc_skill/01_pc_skill/08_pwm_skill/pwm_skill_6771.webp Flame's Calling: Add 50% Crit rate in PVP, 100% Crit rate in PVE. and increase casting speed.

    Reason: Currently, this skill is used exclusively and only for its Down Smash, which makes its use very limited. Its actual effect is also only reasonably applicable given its casting speed when used after a Knockdown, which limits its use particularly in PVP combos.

    Reason: Currently, when Hellfire sometimes activates at odd, unexpected times due to the large hitbox of its activation AOE, making placement of this skill inconvenient and sometimes unpredictable, especially when fighting multiple targets, and especially when you want to hit one target in particular.

    - https://bdocodex.com/items/new_icon/04_pc_skill/01_pc_skill/08_pwm_skill/pwm_skill_2229.webp Chilling Wave: Increase casting start animation speed, and change the skill to end as soon as its input stops being inputted.

    Reason: This skill is very rarely used in a combo due to its lack of cc, and slow startup animation. In most PVP scenarios, it is used as a filler forward guard skill, rather than for damage in any sort of rotation. Ontop of this, when the "additional hits" are activated, this skill becomes an Animation Lock, preventing it from being canceled until it ends.

    - https://bdocodex.com/items/new_icon/04_pc_skill/01_pc_skill/08_pwm_skill/pwm_skill_6772.webp Elementalization: Reduce cooldown from 15 seconds to 9 seconds, change skill to full iframe when quick-casted after certain skills, add a brief Super Armor Linger to the end of the skill's travel path, and allow this skill to be used via its input (S+Space) from Staff stance.

    Reason: This skill is so, so close to being exactly what the Awakening Witch / Wizard kit needs in a movement ability, but it's still lacking some things. The cooldown is still far too long for it to be used comfortably, and the gap at the end of its travel makes it almost a liability to use in certain scenarios. Being able to use this skill from staff stance would be a large help, as it would be another awakening swap, and be extra movement that could be used to reposition during/after certain staff skills.

    On the Topic of Summon flows, Hellfire,  Cataclysm,  Aqua Jail Explosion, and  Chilling Wave, none of these skill's summon flows have crit rate, Which severely limits their damage potential.

    Add +25% Crit rate in PVP, and 50% in PVE to these flows.

    Reason: The summon buffs should do more than buff two skills, but rather act as a sort of "Stance" for wizard to take. In the theme of Defense & AOE, Increasing the AOE of aqua bomb would help for PVE, and The Evasion rate could make evasion builds an option for the class.

Also, Revert the AOE size change on Cataclysm & Bolide of Destruction while Marg is summoned, and increase the damage bonuses this gives to those skills from 1300% to 1500%, and give them 25% Crit rate in PVP, and 50% Crit rate in PVE.

    Reason: The summon buffs should do more than buff two skills, but rather act as a sort of "Stance" for wizard to take. In the theme of Offense & damage, Increasing the damage of Hellfire and Magma bomb helps for PVE, and the Lava field magic DP could help for extra debuff. As for the AOE, The extra marg hit for Cataclysm & Bolide Of Destruction actually ends up reducing the size of the AOEs, while not doing enough damage to compensate.

    All of these changes don't have to happen, but if even six or seven of them, prioritizing the change to Elementalizaiton, I think the class would be in a much better spot in PVP & PVE.

your 1 is empty. your 2 states increasing meteor pvE dmg pointless change imo 30 sec cd 3 sec cast time for it to do that little damage for a t3 addon cd makes no sense mean while striker breaking whole of golem in 3 seconds. the sa on hit part would be abused by succ players what it really needs is cast time reduction on pre awaken skills and removal of the sages passive from succ caster and make it for the whole pre awaken kit as skills in pre awaken kid are unusable due to how mobile other classes are. they keep giving awaken caster cast speed to fix our casting long duration but none of the cast speed skills stack . earth response imo should be full sa as caster is supposed to be awaken that is melee range dmg dealer but then a skill is unprotected in melee range and that long to cast it needs to be sa u can remove the float to increase dmg or keep it sa float or increase range give it sa remove float. rain of fire needs to be a ranged skill for it to fit for awaken mage awaken mage go into preawake for range pressure if it wanted a frontal dmg it would just use wf or anything in awaken kit. sage memory imo i agree with lowering cd and making it longer duration but i like the idea of lowering cast speed of all preawaken skills so they work with cast speed buff we have currently they have caster skills because they were like we going to give this class cast speed so we got to make their skills cast for a long time. but in current meta classes have fast skills and are getting atk speed / cast speed passive. sages imo should be the cd as is to make it be used for a faster heal or a faster pa or faster catch. if they removed the egregious casting times on pre awaken kid. for awaken caster u stay awaken for melee control ranged for pre awaken but awaken casters cannot do range control because long cast time mid ranged and mediocre dmg high risk low reward. magical evasion should be 1 sec increase stamina costs u got lahns out here with their dashes on 1 sec cd full sa and iframe off cd barrage of water imo should move us back i dislike the frontal move it puts us out of position. def should have lower cd maybe even a flow after a different skill cause wf rmb into rmb is so shit. shift rmb flow is also shit just make it a cast on its own like fire ball fireball explosion. cores on awaken are lack luster flame calling imo is a fine skill as is but the targeting seems bad. hellfire i have so many issues with this skill since its frontal and ur dashing forward any cc thrown at u will cc u. grab also flows out of it which is slow they need to make wf grab like solar flare grab if they wanted that cause currently wizard grab is very high risk for lower reward kd grab would be nice as we have bounds in most of our kit chilling knock back should just be removed make it longer range it doesnt feel like a chilling wave it feel more of a stream of water in terms of dmg casttime and how stationary u are for a skill to do that much dmg for that long cast time u will be out of position casting like that that skill is such high risk for no reward cause skill dmg is pitiful cc is pitiful the defense status is meaningless beacuse the mobility classes have in game elementilization cd should be 7 sec like sages wc change. sa at start of animation full iframe rest of it at the end there shouldn't be a glaring gap. oh pets on awaken caster the reason why i played the class why is it so meaningless. mean while new pets on all other classes nova pets crit dp reduction lock ons to target ccs while u are cced my pet on the other hand is a flow to my skill nothing else outside of it. wizard pet needs to be casting spells on its own imo need to make it feel like an ally not an addon

Reason: There's no reason for this skill to be hotkey-exclusive, there are exactly 0 people who use Magic Arrow ever, not for pulling, chip damage, or any other form of utility that can't be done with another skill. Magic arrow is generally locked, so the S+RMB input could easily be given to Multiple Magic Arrows.

As a result of this skill's AOE shape, a large portion of the time, the skill's damage is only fully applicable to very large monsters such as world bosses or specific monster-zone specific mini-bosses.

This skill is functionally identical in terms of AOE, accuracy, protection and input and debuff to Awakening Witch's Voltaic Pulse, and yet Voltaic Pulse has +50% Crit Rate (PVE Only,) While Cataclysm does not. 

-https://bdocodex.com/items/new_icon/04_pc_skill/01_pc_skill/08_pwm_skill/pwm_skill_2239.webp Hellfire: Change 25% Crit rate to function in PVP, and add +50% Crit rate (PVE).

Reason: This skill is also currently lacking in damage in PVE, having only 25% Crit rate by itself. This skill is the core of the Damage rotation in PVE, typically following something along the lines of Hellfire -> Magma Bomb -> Barrage of Water. Due to this being so integral to skill rotations in PVE, it should deal more damage considering its cooldown.

    - Absolutely. If they need help determining what the "range" should be, put it in the grab range of the wizard(so basically it stops when you're sitting on the targets head)

    -Not mentioned: Increased mobility by making Split Teleport a passive skill for both succ and awk. Elementalization is nothing more than a slower Earth's Response, that goes backwards, with no damage.

Also, I feel like there would be more uproar regarding the class's deficiencies, but since its been dead in pvp since around 2017, there so few of us left to complain, it never gets enough traction to fix. Out of sight, out of mind for the devs...
Meanwhile, MAGOO comes out with bigger AOEs, which are prolly harder hitting, and the mobility of a rat class.
