Elvia has various items that can be made from its drops that increase stats on your accessories and alchemy stone.
You will want these even if you aren't a PVPer.
Most of the items in the chart below can be bought on the Central Market, but as supply varies you may have to craft them.
Consult your Class Discord for the specific Accessory Cups you want to use.
