- The trading system has changed.
- "Warehouse" has been changed to "Ordering Contract". The warranty period for 5 compartments, weight 5,000 LT, 7 days warranty, and 3 hours from the time the trade item is shipped is the same as before.
- The way the basic price of trade goods is changed has changed.
- The price of trade goods changes every 4 hours. (same)
- There is a 50% chance that the price of a trade product will rise or fall, up to 15% when it rises, and -15% when it falls. (Change the rise width)
- Trade prices can rise up to 300% (3 times) of the cost price. (same)
- If the market value of the trade goods exceeds 300%, the trade goods will return to the cost price. (Delete)
- Events have changed that cause trade prices to change significantly.
- Every morning/afternoon fixed time (2, 6, 10 o'clock), an event occurs in which the price of a trade item changes significantly, such as a 100% increase / 100% decrease.
- The price change of trade goods changes by territory and item, and the corresponding items are as follows.
- Miscellaneous goods, luxury, foodstuffs, medicines, munitions, sacred goods, clothing, raw materials

There will be a big change in trade in Black Desert.
From now on, trade items can only be purchased at designated nodes, and can only be sold in large cities or representative villages for each territory.

In the past, there was a ‘price guarantee period’ when buying trade items, but this concept is now managed by ‘purchase period’ rather than the item itself.
For example, if you buy 10 trade items named A from Velia Farm, these items will be stored in the ‘my own warehouse’ assigned to each family, and all trade items named A purchased together will have the same ‘price guarantee period’. Logistics warehouses have been added and can be managed separately (like warehouses) for each node where they can be purchased, and the price guarantee period does not directly affect the price as time passes, and all can be sold at the same price until the period expires. (The price guarantee period is fixed at 7 days upon purchase and 3 hours when taken out of the warehouse.)
Times also change. The market price changes at a set time (once every 4 hours), not the market price change based on sales on a random basis as before. The market price rises or falls based on probability, up to 300% of the original price. However, if it exceeds 300%, it will drop to the basic market price (cost). (And this price does not change due to the sale of trade items by other adventurers, and is the same for all servers.)
In addition, every Sunday, an event where the market price of trade goods changes significantly will occur throughout the territory. In this event, you can hear ‘rumors’ through specific NPCs in each territory, and based on these rumors, you can get a little hint of what kind of trade items will go up and down.

Any update to how we obtain these pieces from specific trade locations and / or trade items?

These changes are absolute garbage and have ended my involvement in trading hence forth. I have recently attained Artisan level trading and that is where it will remain. I do not need anymore gambling in my bdo life.

And we only need a few but good changes.
Just:
1. give us the ability to self-produce trash boxes (no workers),
2. remove trade limit of items to buy from npcs,
3. increase value of these items to make trading profitable.
Period.
Trading changes presented on the global lab change nothing as well as recent "changes" in bartering.

Yeah they seems to just low effort tick the boxes they promissed years ago, not caring about the fact that they will be pointless/don't solve the issue, just look at the new passives, most are completely useless, garbage.

Problem with these skills is that they are: worthless, good and very good.
Completely unfair.
All classes should have access to all these skills because why Reduces equipment durability consumption of weapons, armor, and accessories by 25% only for Ninja, Kunoichi? And this is epic passive but .... Additional experience is obtained when training using a training book Combat EXP gain is increased by 300% Skill EXP gain is increased by 100% for Striker, Mystic are worthless because dummies over lvl 50 (let's say even 55) are useless.
100 SP for each skill for all classes and problem solved.

They made cash crates useless now. said they were going to change the price to reflect the desert trade buff but they didn't take into account the trade buff added 50% to the other bonuses. So now a calpheon crate is a money loser and I am master 26 Trading. All thes time and effort to leve up trading and they just said screw your efforts.

I'm completely blown away by how bad this update is. By far, the WORST change to any lifeskill in the six years I've been playing this game. This is the update I was told to be excited for three months ago? Embarrassing. I had some..... thoughts on trading when I returned to the game, and I was told to keep my opinions on ice because a trading update was on the way. Much disappoint.

Ignoring the fact that the update was totally pointless, if anything this made ring piece even worse from trading since you can no longer sell 'em in valencia.
Not like it would be viable even before, on avarage you get it out from solo olun sooner anyway...

It seems like a whole pile of added work/steps and Accountant roleplay for questionable, if any, bonus to value from the Trading skill while causing huge collateral convenience damage to Gathering drop and Fish sales.
