I am not rich. I was looking at a guild recruitment ad and they were like min 600gs. I don't have 600GS! I've made a lot of moniz tho.

In my most humble opinion, you have the wrong mindset. You need to find out what you enjoy about the game. If what you enjoy about the game is gated by your gear score, you might be going down a dangerous (p2w?) path. Making 1b a day is like 'playing bdo,' I'd say most people who have set ups can do it. I don't know exactly if I could generate a whole billion liquid in a day, but pretty close, and I have stashes of mats that I make/hold til they go up in price.

The problem is that you are just not gonna be able to do that haha. It's gonna take longer. Settle in. Find what you like. If you like life skill, looking at the price of stuff like shards and gems, it's a good time to be alive! And those weird chests. If you like pve... I dunno where to start. Pve is really hard to do for money until you are kinda geared.

Lots of guilds don't have gear requirements and are willing to help and even have guides for stuff if you wish, just gotta seek them out. You can try these forums, or the Reddit for BDO guild recruitment.

I just reach 700 GS but it took me 4600 hours without a help from anyone, no guild and no party. I don't play a season character. But I just wondering if there's really a way to reach 700 GS within just 400 hours? That make me look very pathetic lol

If you respect your actual real life hours I wouldn't bother and just do it passively over time slowly ,otherwise killing the same mobs for hours or afk fishing once master level or lastly horse breeding of high tier horses which I wouldn't advise with this newest event but all I believe are your best bets both take obsurd amount of time tbh so best of luck.

I have less than 200 hours so take my advice with a grain of salt, if you create a character and take it to 51 through just the questline alone(btw vet side) it takes about an hour and a half manually and gives 80mil silver and all you have to do is press r really fast, travel decently well with said character, and kill a few enemies(you know easy stuff). Which if you kept at it solid for an actual 24 hours you'd net 1.28billion per realtime day, so if you want something near brain dead to do then go make the same character a solid 16 times a day, wont net you quite what these other methods will but for beginner i near guarentee everything else will be slower, and this requires no prep at all besides just knowing your class well and how to speedrun with it repeatedly. (keep in mind the 1.28bil is cap for 16 characters to 51, lowest i've seen is 60mil a character in gold which comes out to 960mil per 16 characters on low end.)
I've tested the per hour against some other methods the also new peeps i play with have done and character creation always works out to more per hour, so until you can do the higher quests/other methods that require a fair bit of prep then i'd recommend just making a few characters.
Also keep in mind if you're just starting out on vet side itll take you 4 hours your first run to learn where each npc and part is and thats just running through it, once you get it down to knowing just how fast you can make your character go and how quick it can kill things which comes with testing and playtime anyways, while also figuring out whatever you want your configuration for pressing the interact key quickly(for me the default is fine but you could just scroll wheel it to get sub 1hr30 times)then youll be sitting at around 1hr30-2hrs a pop depending on how quick you run it, still testing what the fastest speed is but the fastest i've done so far is 1hr30 on the dot and im sure i could go faster. Yes, this includes going back to the start to convert gold to silver AND the deletion of the character.

My recommendation is to stop thinking about billions and focus on what item you want to get first and work for that. Whatever it is, outfit, gear, mount, etc. This way you will see progress without burning out and get sick of the game. This game takes time, and will get very repetitive if you feel pressured. Find what you like to do and you will get good at it, your skills will get higher and with that come more income. The game doesn't give you goals, you gotta choose them yourself. Unless you are aiming for pvp, and guild wars you don't need to hurry on riches because you won't be missing out anything. If you only want the pvp aspect of the game, the fastest way is buying your gear with real money through selling pearl items to other players, but I don't recommend you that, I don't think is worth it. 

And as someone else said here, you NEED 5 pets, highest tiers possible to grind... priority number one 😉
