The game makes absolutely no sense to do full gear a normal person plays an average of two hours a day and earns 500m/h on average what is useful for a normal player 1b/day. Such a player is not able to make all the gear and have fun with the game, because all the gear costs 2,477,034,200,000 which in terms of lost days gives 2477/365 = 6. 7 years+ to make gear it is impossible, the player who comes to the game visits the map, does missions, and many other different things after which he has to collect for gear around 7 years. That’s why Black Desert has never been successful and new players quickly stop playing. The game should give joy during pvp so you can do different builds eva/dr and more but what is the point if one build can not be done. Therefore, in my opinion and many others, the earnings should be greatly increased, so that you can have any max gear and be able to change builds, so that it makes sense. Please consider what I wrote, because the game will be played by a group of regular players who have no life and no one else. I know MMORPGs are supposed to be long, but it's too much for a normal player playing two hours a day to get max gear.

You are aware that you can enhance things yourself and not just buy everything from the marketplace, right? They even give you a full pen boss gear piece now and a pen accessory. Choice getting 700GS in 6 months or less is by no means the norm, but neither is buying every piece of gear you own at pen.

With 3% chance of success, lvl degradation of items and disappearance of items. 

This is soft cap and one crap acc, and we're talking about true end game items here.

No one cares about GS because we have "too much" DP, AP is important, and there is no way to get it.
