As you surely know garmoth heart is a very important item at end game as it provides important stats on sub-weapon and two crystal slots, which is massive.
However the availability of said item is unbelievably scarce, you just can't get it unless you're incredibly lucky which -i feel- goes against the way the current state of the game is, where you can buy or grind for every item in the game.
Additionally the quest that rewards you with garmoth heart takes an enormous amount of time to complete. For an average player obtaining 400 Nouver sclaes would take roughly 6 months, that is simply insane, you can go from season to 710 GS within that time frame and you'd still need a 2nd heart.

With that put into perspective, here are a few suggesstions to fix the issue:

1. Buff the drop rate ( it's abyssmal).

2. Greatly increase the amount of Nouver scales obtained from defeating nouver.

3. implement a pity item that can be obtained from defeating Garmoth at greatly higher chance that you can pay 9 billion silver to turn into a heart ( my favorite).

4. increase the max price of the heart ( I personally don't think this would fix the issue as 9 billions seems fair but it's something that people have suggested).

5. Buff the drop rate of Karanda's and kutum's hearts and make them upgradable to where they provide the same benifits as Garmoth heart. (upgrading them could be a great sink to a variety of items like Crystalized despair for example).

i think stuff is fine as it is, except for the quest. Why do you need raw silver if you grinded already all the other stuff?

Karanda hearts are not so rare i have 5 i use only 1 never bothered with kutum heart cuz idc about the effect since i dont participate in the pvp "feature"

Yeah u can get karanda relativly easily.

The only thing that is needed is a max price increase. They should put it to 20B atleast, so more ppl would go to garmoth and do the questline.

I think if any more people come to Garmoth, we'll crash the servers.  She's the only boss where my PC will actually hide players for performance reasons.

They should increase the drop rate of the heart and make the quest repeatable. I got the 400 scales and have 150 extras now just from semi-regular Nouvers.

Nah, there aren't that many ppl here. When there was really a lot of ppl there druing events she died in less than 30seconds, but nowdays it last for the usually 6ish minute since ppl dont even bother joining.

Also with increased my price most ppl would do the questline since it would worth it to do.

I don't see how any price increase to garmoth is going to fix the issue, it seems like a bandaid solution since there is a huge gap between supply and demand that will never be fixed if a few more people come to garmoth or start doing the questline, the droprate is just too low for something that you need two of. Additionally 20B silver doesn't seem proprtinate to the amount of power provided by garmoth heart, it would simply make it a purely end-game item that only people who can't get anything better for 20B would be interested in. 

I think that 9b is fair price, the issue is that of supply and demand. Increasing the price to 20B wouldn't solve anything because no one says no to a 9B drop they just know that you probably will never drop it.

If you need it, then pay it's price, that's right. Stop begging for free stuff/making the game easier. EIther pay it's cost or farm it untill u get it. It's not a mandatory item, and not even close to one, and at 20B the market situation would be much better since a lot of players would think it twice for that 5 hidden AP.

Increase market range to 30Billion silver. Problem solved.

I know at least a dozen people who are sitting  on this garmoth drop waiting for the price to increase. 

Yeah I also wanted around that ish price first, tho I don't think it would reach 30B realistically, as most players would not buy it at that price.

adding some pity system on some godforsaken grind spot would be fine as well. or on the boss itself. 100 pieces needed, 100 garmoths 100% drop rate per pity.
