I dont think that this green sub weapon thing is fine in the game, having a pen Kutum with c15 or having a Pen Black star sub weapon and still a 3-4 bill item is better because of the ap caps in grind spots, but this green sub weapon thing is just soo lame, fix it pls. simple advice kutum with 5% special damage bs 10% special damage would be fine or weapon set bonuses with kutum and black stars, but feel free to give a word for other solutions. 

The green weapon thing is a complete oversight and it's just wrong if PA doesn't address it. However, I'm also against the caps on grind zones, as I am with any caps other than in PvP Tier 1 like it used to be.

Fix the green weapon thing PA, it's supposed to only give 1 crystal slot! Also, let us use our hard earned gear! NO MORE CAPS! No more AP CAPS for PvE zones!

As for the % on boss or BS offhand, I mean, it'd have to be the same on both, since they're supposed to almost mirror each other, so either 5% or 10% on both BS and Kutum/Nouver, but I see what you mean, if the green offhand thing is here to stay, give the same "ultimate" effect of 10% special attack damage to Kutum and Nouver (heck, make it Garmoth tied even if it comes to it).

Removing 10% special attack dmg from green offhand would be better. I don't think we need more pvp dmg in this game. Or if they rly want to add 10% special dmg then should be also added it for kutum and nouver, not only BS.

Well, pve caps are also a way to drive overgeared players out of an area they don't belong to, so... 

I mean...true, and it makes sense, but it does ruin the feeling of being able to go to an old grind zone and feel how much stronger you got compared to when you grinded with much weaker gear. And for that to work 100%, higher gear should equal access to actually more profitable grind zones, which unfortunately, is not the case.

If PA ever stated the AP caps exist to drive overgeared players out of zones they were lying, incompetent or changed their mind.

Hexe and Trolls are the highest AP spots in the game and have a 95% reduction to AP after the "soft"cap

On the flip side, Centaurs, a place designed for 500 less total AP- the place we send all of the tuvala timmies to make big monies... only has a 30% reduction for AP over softcap. Which is why timmy dies when anyone even looks at him wrong. 

Im not saying its a bad idea to use AP caps to move overgeared people into higher zones, but nothing about PA's implementation is consistent with that goal. 

I dont really have an opinion on the green offhand situation myself. I tapped my Oros and rented Nesser, but I dislike that it feels like we're just sitting in a temporary bubble created by dev neglect.

they should make it so that green offhands make you lose 2 gem slots.

if they do need to do soemthing its kzarka/offin upgrade to be on par with bs in pve. (via some enahnce stone like xyz's heart" or whatever)

bold of you to assume PA know those items exist, just like they doesn't know ( even now) about +10% special damage green item. And this is not problem in this specific part, its general problem for game, every patch/change they do, if its not completely overhaul - its always epic fail where they let some kind of bug/exploit and they don't react to it at all ( reacting part is 100% on publisher).
