it going to take a very long time i see to get worker to level 40 when they are not past level 31 in a week
I have a few artisan workers that just ticked over to 32, and a few professionals. The lower tier workers will level faster, so a well outfitted workforce of artisans will take longer. Depends on what they are doing too, of course.
This is going to take a while. Looks like we didn't get previous experience credit for the change in leveling exp requirement.
just now started to get workers to level 32 so it taking almost 6 day for them to start turning
My entire workforce ticed 31 day 1.
Some things to note, until they are 40 put them on the shortest quickest node you can find. The long far away nodes do not provide much XP, or rather they provide exactly the same amount of XP. You used to be able to speed level by having a worker turn rough stone into black stone powder or something else at a refinery in town. That is how I did all my Artisans years back, I would hire a Skilled/pro and dump food on it every hour, it would take about 4 hours to get it to level 10. Then I would do the same once they got to 30 until they got the skills I wanted before putting them on the appropriate node.
Im little bummed out that its a drag to the new QOL feature.
I think its stupid to lock it on lvl 40 should be either lvl 1 for every artisan or lvl 30 for every worker.
I cant reroute my 80+ workers so they exp little bit faster nor do i want to lol.
Also not every1 is 24h online lol. Maybe in 6 months im there.
