How do you find Truffle Mushrooms?

When looking for Truffle Mushrooms, they're usually hidden in other plants, rocks, or can be in plain sight. Despite how elusive Truffle Mushrooms can be though one can easily be spotted by their Pinkish Purple color, Indigo Viens, and gold tint on the top. Depending on your graphic settings they'll shine in sunlight. To me Truffle Mushrooms look like chewed up bubblegum

Do I need certain Tools?

Nope. Truffle Mushroom's can be gathered in any gear as long as you have a Hoe or Barehands.. though I would't recommend that! Magic and Lucky Tools are the easist and best tools to use if Gathering Mastery is lower than 650. For those who have higher mastery, Loggia is the cheaper Mastery Tool with Manos being the best BUT also the most expensive. So, don't be pressured to buy new Tools just to gather Truffle!

But don't worry other tools can also be used like the Demihar and Leight Hoe but keep in mind, the Demihar Tools last 14 Days from opening the box and are rarely given out. The Leight Tools can be can always be rented using 50 Contribution Points from Norma Leight over at the Northern Wheat Plantation!

Are there Pets that can be used?

Of course! Although using any Lifeskilling can be done there are 2 pets that will increase the amount of Truffle Mushrooms when Gathering. The Hedgehog and Llama are perfect for any Gatherer and serious Lifeskiller alike. These come with the Gathering Item Quantity Increase Skill which at Tier 1 and Tier 2 has a 30% chance of doubling the Truffle Gathered and the Tier 4 having a 50% chance. These can only be bought from the Pearlshop sadly but are worth the investment if you Gathering a LOT :D

How about Artifacts and Lightstones?

With all the different Gathering Artifacts that can be used the Sethra's Artifact - Gathering Item Drop Rate has to be the best! This Artifact has +2% Gathering Item Drop Rate making them perfect for getting those Clumps of Truffle Mushrooms. Equiping 2 of them on using the Yawning Hedgehog Lightstone Combination adds another +10% Gathering Item Drop Rate AND an added +1 Energy Recovery too! But, don't worry! Using lesser version Scurrying Weasel Lightstone Combination is also a good option if the Lightstone of Flora: Fortune is too expensive.

What are Truffle Mushroom used for?

Truffle Mushrooms have only 2 uses. The first and main reason anyone gathers these for are the Elixir of Detection and the Elixir of Sharp Dections. Not only do they have % Crit Hit Damage but they sell for a lot of silver

The other use for the Truffle Mushroom is for Trade Crates that Workers can craft using the worker Empire. I STRONGLY advice doing this but it is still an option for those who were curious
