Started a Season Character, half way through the Valencia story, level 58, PEN'd all Naru, and still no chat option with Fughar for Tuvala exchange. What gives?

Hi guys, does Atanis firefly work still? Everytime I invoke it on my Seasons character it all stays dark.

 

I would love to chat with you but the process of getting setup is just not working. It says I need to claim this account but when I go to claim it I get a message that my email already exists. Probably true as I had a discord login many years ago. So how do I just login to chat with you without having to go through the claim process?

every time i try to join a server my game goes black and wont load me in.

I'm extremely new to this. I played very briefly long ago and decided to give it another try, so apologies for the basic question. Why are a lot of my quest objectives scratched out in red?

For example: "RMB here to find the NPC to complete the quest" or "RMB here to summon the black spirit" etc.

cant seem to purchase acoin by clicking get acoin in game. steam page has a error
