Strongly agree with all points here. All realistic options for regular node wars are capped, seeing a real fight on an uncapped node in this system will be quite rare. If you want to have a good fight on an uncapped node in this system, you need 2-4+ guilds to all be able to pull 70 people at the same time and have similar enough guild strength to make an interesting fight, and that's not all that common.

We had a feedback thread asking for smaller member count uncapped nodes that eventually resulted in those options being added to the prior system. I'm not sure why we've regressed now.

Let those of us who grind your game actually use our gear on a regular basis please.

I agree with the points from Vannie.

Also... why is everthing capped? i mean you leave the season with tet bossgear (statwise)... why is nearly everthing capped?

there are a lot of guilds who dont like the big fights (also 85 people is kinda... meh), who are sitting there and think: jup pa doesnt care about the players they just listen to the people who are screaming the loudest.

and if you try to voice your concern on some things you just got the message: make a forum post (more like talk to the hand).

but that is not the point in this post.

The point is: you want big bonkers fights on eu? give us servers who can process the mass of players in one specific point on the server... im tired of dying from something i dont see (its like schroedingers nw) or (the option im more fond of) give us some nodes with a normal member cap where we can use the gear we got through the years of playing.

Give T1 theire buildings back (how should a guild learn to build bases and do stuff like utillity if there arent any buildings?)
Give T2 a normal damage multipliere (i dont know what you did there but it istn fun)

T3: Where the big grey thing? i mean... why craft an elefant in the first place if you cant use it?

T4: Caps are nice but member caps are dumb

T5: the holy grale of nw, uncapped and all (happy gear noises). so why can't people play who doesnt like the big ally system you try to force on the people? i mean you dont need to delet every high poeple node, but most players are sitting in smaller guilds because they like it there... the system now: you arent in a big alli/guild? you dont have attendance about 70 people? just join a bigger guild... well if we all do that, there arent many guilds left an they are starting to push the nodes to each other ever week. so please let the small guilds fight, let them have fun and dont kill every guild who has a nice community.

Many good points here! I definitely find it strange how high some of the player caps on T1-T2 are.

Quick EU nodewar situation update because it's been a while now:

- On EU we've reached the point that even the siege guilds went down doing T3 because there's better content on smaller nodes and they don't wanna fight the same 3 guilds over and over again

- The past weeks have shown a lot of guilds and alliances disbanding because they either got backstabbed a lot, were sick of doing diplo with 8 other guilds on the node every time, hated the caps, the class imbalance or were frustrated with the overall performance 

- T4 and T5 nodes are being sniped because everyone is scared to get penalty if they happen to meet a siege guild there (strong guilds don't always feel the need to announce themselves in diplo discords)

- Fights on T3 often don't end because you kind of have to do a whole tournament everytime, usually starting with 8-10 guilds ending in a 2v2 with a stronger and a weaker guild on each side so majority of the guilds don't even have a chance to win when left alone with the last previous ally standing

- There's a whole set of rules for every node fight because there's too many abuseable things like cannons from outside the node zone (which do a lot more damage) or fighting outside the zone because gearcaps don't count there, this shouldn't even be possible when yes'ed up for a capped nodewar

- Guilds lock themselves out from T3+ content if they happen to build on T2 because unless Otters is on the node it's likely ending as a snipe

- T1 guilds look like they have fun so that's a win. Having no utility seems to turn off the predator guilds a lot, membercaps are still too high and if you're not in diplo discord you get zerged so newcomers have a hard time to get started

- There is not enough nodes and especially tuesday + thursday (which used to be the main days for a good amount of guilds) don't really have options to build on. Not enough guilds can build on the high membercaps and for the majority of guilds there's no chance to win a node other than a lucky snipe because there's either a huge tournament fiesta or they just get rolled over by a big alliance 1v1 who needs a node for siege

- Nobody likes T3 for the gearcap, people are just there because it's the only tier with utility and reasonable membercaps that doesn't lock you out from building on higher nodes and you just can't trust people to show up with 40 for an arranged fight when the membercap is 60+

- With the war change and marni realm kind of killing open world pvp most of the active pvp enjoyers don't really have content left that isn't gearcapped (no, RBF isn't a permanent solution), so the overall motivation to grind for said gear has dropped a lot

- Participants of the Mediah Siege from 11.11. are still waiting for their reward/compensation after the server crashed mid fight (UPDATE!! they all got rank 5 rewards)

One pooint to add: We really need more T5 Nodes. we got:
Sunday: 2x 100, 1x70 (good) could use a smaller one too
Monday: nothing at all
Tuesday: 1x 100
Wednesday: 1x 70
Thursday: 1x 85
Friday: 1x 85

We should have like 2 T5 Nodes per day. One bigger and one smaller. I bet there would be 30 ppl guilds that would love T5 content, but just cant without an ally. Also with so little Nodes the big alliances that actual fight, there don't even have the space to all fit in the area. The higher the number of people, the bigger the are should be, and not just random any Node. 

Also pls do something with the elfants. As soon as one of those is even remotely close, the game lags so hard....Also it should not ignore FG and SA. Its not a boss and its not fun to play with it. It lags so bad, that you can not get out of the way before getting Cced and classes without iframes have real trouble against them. Its ok for a flamethrower to be like that, cause u know its there, it doesn't run after you.

Yep 100% agree that we need more smallscale uncapped nodes, was already included in the long post ^^

My guild is one of many who would absolutely build on 30 man uncapped no matter the day, we really enjoyed Gyfin before the changes

Imo the elephant is fine in it's current state because it can get blasted by ranged classes or flametowers very quick, if close combat classes could just stand there and hit it with sa rotations it'd instantly die without having any possible impact. It's probably very annoying for shai but yea it wouldn't be much of a threat to anyone if it couldn't hit through protections, the desync needs to be fixed but that's another topic

PvE iframes being useable to dodge elephants would make sense cause technically it's a mob
