From the other hand Ulukita its 710+ GS zone so, everyone there will be equal and will be able to kill each other, why PA just do not allow there a free pvp ? Tuvala fanboy will not go there xd

They're not talking about having equal gear for balanced fights here. The whole idea is that Devs want them to grind undisturbed... In a MMORPG... With owpvp...

This is the real nonsense we really, finally reached with the last changes, rechargeable Marni taking the lead when it comes to nonsense. 

I absolutely understand this I like also owpvp, but let's be honest how your owpvp looks like currently? You grind on free spot in PvE set up, another player comes on your location in pvp set up and suddenly kills u on 2-3 skills or grabs u and let mobs kill u... and you can't fight back because firstly u must swap gear to pvp set up, if u use elion he will just stay next to u and kill u over n over if u teleport to node manager swap your gear and return on spot he will gone.. this how it looks like 90% of my Arsha grinding imo it does not have sense. Secondly nowadays 1 year old player with ~710 GS like me can easily one shot new players or kill 640-660 GS players durning their SA movements combo. They do not have enough dmg redu or evasion to survive durning my SA movements, I dont even talk about combo when they are on ground they will just die on half combo. It's not fun when you can't even fight back. If u want to know how new players feel join with your seasonal full pen tuvala character on normal mode RBF match. You will get why PA banned PvP...

Please tell me where these "new grinders" are getting a minimum 300 AP and 400 DP gear to grind here.

That's why PA should have come with better rules. And that's not how every fight is. Even on Arsha, players are usually asking you, or they kill you, but mob feeding often happens in a second time. 

But in short, we are asking for better rules for a long time, a better progression in grind spots, no treasure on low level spots, and many other things. Also, less reasons for veterans to be on the same spots than newcomers. 

And meanwhile, PA is only using band-aids. Yep, instead of taking responsibility, devs hide, shift the blame, or simply ignore part of the issue. And by doing it, they effectively remove owpvp possibilities and meaning, instead of making it more intertwined  with pve.
