You recently made an effort to optimize by introducing a guaranteed optimization after a certain number of attempts. Let's be honest, it's crap, it's smoke and mirrors. I don't understand why some RNG players would have the right to optimize in one or two tries while others have to bother with 10, 15, or even more attempts. For the deboreca, it's 35 billion per attempt, so why should one player get their pen deboreca with a maximum of 70 billion while another needs 700 billion? It's disgusting. So here's the idea: you're going to average the number of attempts needed for successful optimization and use that to determine the number of attempts needed for guaranteed optimization.
For example, if it takes an average of 4 attempts to get a pen deboreca, then after 4 attempts, we have a guaranteed pen deboreca.
If you don't want to do that, there's another solution: you prevent any successful optimization below the success average.
For example, the average to get a pen deboreca is 4, so no one can succeed a pen deboreca in fewer than 4 attempts.
Once the maximum or minimum number is determined, it must be fixed.
These methods will be much more balanced than your flawed algorithm.
