So, PA has been at war against immersion for the past few years, and as immersion is what I really appreciated about this game, needless to say my enjoyment of this game has been steadily declining.  Usually, to make gameplay easier and more efficient, PA has taken away most reasons to interact with NPCs, and most reasons to feel like you've accomplished something for the world at large, rather than just yourself.

To be fair, this has improved the experience for many.

But for those like me that want to interact this world, it diminishes the experience.

So, to bring out a particular example, and an easy solution: Cooking quests.

Cooking used to be a skill tht let you interact with the world at large.  You'd make dishes for many people in the world, deliver them and you were left with a reward, and the feeling that you helped someone.  Who wouldn't want to help the starving peasants of Calpheon?  And, you'd occasionally make side dishes that helped nearby people.  However, this involved moving around, and that takes time.  It involved inventory space.  Which involves, in the end, real cash.  Also, time is money.  In the end, real cash.  So, simpler is cheaper.  I concede that.

However, if I choose to spend money to have a better experience from this game, that's my affair.

So, why not give us quest options to make dishes that may take more expensive ingredients, but yeild better rewards?  So, I could choose to make the pickled veggies, and get 1000 milk, or I could make meat stew and get 1500 milk?  I'd make meat stew any day.  And, I could dump the stew off at the goddess of lifeskilling, Liana, or I could deliever it to Crucio in Heidel, because I appreciate helping him and hiis crew out.  Should I deliever to him, I get more Contribution EXP.  Due to softcap, I could use all the more I can get.  So, if players want to spend more time and do more difficult things, they can get more reward, and feel like their doing something in the game.  Those that want the streamlined experience still can.  Everyone wins.

Also, we could work for titles that might have meaning for us.  If I want to support the folks in Calpheon, maybe I'd apprceciate sporting the title: High Chef of Calpheon, or something like that.  Or Popular Cook of Eilton.  Imagination is the limit.  Comabt quests could work the same way.  We could get random quests to guard cities and kill mobs.  Maybe I'd like the title Chief Ranger of Kamasylvia, or Mediah's Best Mercenary?  Imagination is the limit.

There are many more examples to be made, so I put this to PA: why not make this game for everyone?  Give those of us who like immersion a real immersive experience that is rewarding for our time, and those that would rather make a simple click for rewards, can, and will be rewarded for their effort.

What you shouldn't have done or do, is force everyone to play a certain way.  Nor should you lock good content that was once free behind a paywall.  Like pretty horse skins.

Like crystal slots.  Etc.

Please make this game immersive again, and give us the options to play immersively and be rewarded for it.

Thanks.
