It is a process that transfers all the family and character information under a “Kakao Games and Steam Account" (due to the termination of Kakao Games Black Desert service) to a “Pearl Abyss Account.

1. If you were using a Kakao Games account

• Sign up and log-in to Pearl Abyss Black Desert official website.

• Consent to the game data transfer request after logging into the Kakao Games website.

2. If you were using a Steam account

• Log-in to the Steam page.

• Enter additional information in the Pearl Abyss Black Desert official website and verify your email.

• Consent to the game data transfer request in Kakao Games website.
