How to agree to receive promotional notifications!

① Log in to the official Black Desert Website.
② Go to the Account Details page
③ Agree to receive Promotional Notification Email
④ Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Ribbon Cats are sent during the weekly maintenance (Wed)!

You can find it in your Web Storage
*Available once per family

Additional Notices

- You can only receive the event reward once per Family.
- The event reward will expire 2 weeks after being sent.
(E.g., If you receive the event reward in your Web Storage during the maintenance on September 28, 2022 (Wed), you must claim the event reward from your in-game mailbox (B) before it expires during the maintenance on October 12, 2022 (Wed).

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
