* The Book of Training can be purchased from the [Book of Training] NPC Jamey Drucker, located in every major city.



 

The Book of Training comes in Combat and Skill types. By interacting with a scarecrow, you’ll automatically gain Combat and Skill EXP.

 

Tip! Need to step away from your computer for a while?
Try Scarecrow Training to earn Combat/Skill EXP even while AFK.


* RMB the Book of Training to enable interactions with the training scarecrow.



* Note: You cannot interact if you’re in a party/platoon or if you don’t have both your main and sub-weapons equipped.

 

Go near the scarecrow next to the [Black Spirit’s Training] NPC Jamey Drucker and press (R) to interact.



You can check your remaining training time in the top UI bar.

* If you disconnect or there is maintenance while the Book of Training effect is active, lost time will not be compensated.

 

After using the Book of Training - Combat, you can gain Combat EXP up to 99% of your current level.


* Notes
- Unspecified quantities in rewards default to one item. 
- The Hot Time Event is active on all servers, including the Olvia server. Hot Time benefits do not stack with ongoing EXP boosts on the Olvia server.  
- EXP gained through quests does not receive event EXP boost effects. 
- This Hot Time's benefits do not stack with ongoing Hot Time events; this event's benefits take precedence. 
- The event’s Combat EXP buff will not apply to level 50 or below characters. However, the Skill EXP buff will still apply. 
- The event EXP buffs will stack from other EXP buff sources such as scrolls, elixirs, and the Value Pack. 
- Logging in before Hot Time starts or ends may show an outdated UI based on your login time. The actual Hot Time benefits apply as stated in the event notice. Reconnect to view the accurate Hot Time UI. 
- The Book of Training's duration will not pause or extend, continuing to decrease during disconnections or maintenances, and will expire as scheduled.    
- Event details and duration are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this event page without separate notices. 
- Event items may be restricted in trade, sale, and usage, with varying binding settings per item. Transfer or recovery of these items is not possible. 
- For details on item binding, refer to the in-game item descriptions. 
- Items or rewards, once used, cannot be recovered. 
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may lead to cancellation, reward repossession, and game access restrictions.
