🎁  How to proceed with the next step

  • Guild Event & Review Submission: Dec 30, 2025 (Thu) after winner announcement - Jan 5, 2026 (Mon) 08:00 (UTC)
  • Afterward, upload an event proof post with screenshots and a summary of the event on the official website's [Art & Media > Event] board, include [Guild Event] in the title along with your guild name and share your event results with screenshots in the post. 
  • Adventurers with the 'Guild Master' position must Submit Guild Event Details Solo or Team-based survey to receive event rewards
  • If you submit both Solo and Team-based surveys, reward will be paid based on the submitted plan.
  • If you submit with an incorrect Family Name, no reward will be paid. Please resubmit with the correct family name.
  • Event review posts and surveys must be submitted by adventurers with the 'Guild Master' position.
  • You must remain a member of the guild where the event is taking place until the event rewards are paid out.

- If your guild is among the selected 30 guilds, you’ll need to post a review on the Event board the submission period. Be sure to include the [Guild Event] tag and your guild name in the title and event screenshots and a brief summary of the results in the content.

- During your guild event, a [GM] may drop by the event location for a surprise visit.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to use any content submitted for this event, including screenshots and videos, for promotional purposes. These materials may be featured on various platforms, such as our official website and social media channels, without time or location constraints.

- If the Guild Master is unable to submit the proposal or result report, a Guild Advisor may submit it on their behalf. - The number of winners may adjust depending on participant numbers.
- Participants whose guild, Family, or character names contain inappropriate content may be disqualified from winning.

- Event details and duration are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this event page without separate notices.
