Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.
Download the Black Desert Launcher

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Adventurers,
For those of you who played Black Desert on Steam between 09:00 and 10:00 (UTC), we have noticed that Black Desert may not launch properly on Steam when you select the Start button.Please follow the below steps to resolve this issue.

 
If the Update button for Black Desert on Steam is unavailable, please perform a file integrity check in the Steam client.
 
How to perform a file integrity check:
 
① Right Click Black Desert from the Steam library list
② Select Properties from the drop down menu
③ Select Installed Files tab
④ Click on Verify integrity of game files
 
If you only see an Update or Install Black Desert on Steam, please select the Update or Install Black Desert button to complete the download and launch Black Desert.
In this case, unfortunately, you will need to re-download the Black Desert files.
