- Event winners will be contacted by email and given instructions to submit an "Agreement to the Collection and Use of Personal Information" form. If this agreement is not submitted within the specified time period, the event winner will be disqualified.
- Your prizes cannot be transferred or ceded to another person. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products of similar financial value.
- Event prize shipments will only be possible after we have verified the submitted "Collection and Use of Personal Information" agreement form and other documents.
- Pearl Abyss will be responsible for costs associated with shipping the rewards. Event winners will be responsible for any taxes that might be applied after sending the prizes.
- Accounts found breaching terms and conditions before the reward distribution may face disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, even post-win. 
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this event page and will not be given separate notices. 
- Due to delivery constraints, participants outside the service regions might not be eligible to receive the physical prizes.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in the cancellation or repossession of your reward(s) and may lead to a restriction on game access.
