The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Always On - GM Events Everyday!

Celebrate Black Desert's 8th Anniversary with us!

Each week, during the event period, you will have the opportunity to play with the GMs!

The GM Events will take place Mon-Fri during the event period, and they will take many different forms throughout the event!

1GM Events will take place with the GMs and CMs on NA and EU!

Make sure to participate so that you can earn a shiny GM's Care 1!

Event times
- NA: Between 3-5 PM PST (Wed-Fri)

- EU: Between 16:30-18:00 CET (Mon-Fri)

Starting from Feb, 28 (Wed) after maintenance (Added)

GM's Grace (3 Hours)
GM's Grace (3 Hours) contains:
Energy Recovery +1
Item Drop Rate +10%
Combat/Skill/Life EXP +10%
Knowledge Gain Chance +10%
Movement Speed +1
Luck +1
*The items within the GM's Care 1 are automatically used when opening the box.

* Additional Notices 
- Actual GM Event times may change depending on circumstances. 

- The participation reward, GM's Care 1, can only be earned once per day.
- Rewards will be sent within the week for each GM Event attended.

- Unclaimed rewards due to missed logins during the event cannot be recovered. 

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this event page and will not be given separate notices.

- Events items may have restrictions on trading, selling, and usage periods, and the binding settings may vary for each item. Therefore, it is not possible to transfer or recover such items due to these reasons.

- Items and/or rewards that have been used normally cannot be recovered.

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in the cancellation or repossession of your reward(s) and may lead to a restriction on game access.
