We're looking for your feedback on the stability of our new Central Servers!

Why are we conducting this test?

We first announced our plans to add Central Servers during the 2022 Calpheon Ball. We've been working diligently to be able to implement them in a meaningful way and would love to get help from our seasoned Adventurers to test the latency of the current Central Servers in North America.

We hope Adventurers from all across North America participate as your feedback is valuable for determining whether this move will improve overall gameplay for everyone on the NA Server.

How can I join the Global Lab GVG with my guild?

① Sign-up for a Global Lab Account on the Black Desert Global Lab Website

※ You can transfer your Character information in-game:
Esc > Global Lab (Adventurer Support) > Login with your Global Lab Account > Select North America (Central) > Transfer Game Data


② Join the Discord Server for more details!

③ Follow the instructions on Discord to join a GM Guild and participate in the test!

④ Fill out the survey at the end of the test to receive your reward.

FAQ
Q: Can I join alone or do I need a guild?
A: You do not need a guild to participate but if your guild wants the guild reward, be sure to bring a minimum of 25 guild members!

Q: When will the test take place?
A: The test will take place on March 9 and begin at 1PM PT/ 4PM ET.

Q: What do I need to prepare to join the test?
A: You need to prepare the following before the start of the test:
     1. Create a Global Lab Account.
     2. Transfer your Character information. (Optional)
     3. Download and install the Global Lab client.
     4. Join the CM/GM Guild.
     5. Prepare character gear settings to your taste! (Optional)

What are the rewards for participating?

 

All Participating Guilds will receive Guild Funds!

3 Billion Silver

 

All Participants will receive the Tier 5 Winners' Reward!

Blazing Triumph Reward

- A minimum of 25 guild members must participate in order for the guild to obtain the reward.
- You must participate for 1 hour AND have a minimum of 10 kills or deaths to obtain the individual reward.
- Rewards are provided for NA players only.

- Items listed without a quantity are all 1 quantity.  
- Rewards will be sent during maintenance within 2 weeks of the event.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this event page and will not be given separate notices.  

- Events items may have restrictions on trading, selling, and usage periods, and the binding settings may vary for each item. Therefore, it is not possible to transfer or recover such items due to these reasons.

- Items and/or rewards that have been used normally cannot be recovered.  

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in the cancellation or repossession of your reward(s) and may lead to a restriction on game access.
