[NA] Arena of Solare Issue Compensation and Upcoming Schedule Changes

Greetings, Adventurers.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by a recent issue where NA Arena of Solare ranked matches were unavailable on October 31 (Fri). A server time setting was not applied properly due to the end of Daylight Savings, causing queues to be unavailable.
Compensation will be provided to all Adventurers who participated in at least one Arena of Solare ranked match before the issue occurred. In addition, the NA Arena of Solare schedule will also be adjusted.
