① Go to Guild (G) - Guild Intro and write a unique and informative introduction for adventurers looking for a guild.
* Guild Master, Advisor, and Guild Officers can write the guild intro.

② Now that you have a guild intro, it’s time to promote your guild.

▲ Go to Guild (G) -> click the Guild Recruitment Notice icon!
▲ Select your guild “type” and post it!

③ Once you’ve finished the steps above, follow the format below and upload a post advertising your guild on the Black Desert website’s [Community] → [Guilds & Friends] forum.

* Additional Notices
- Entries must include [Region][Progression Guild] in the title to be eligible for selection.
- If your guild has no new/returning Adventurer sign-ups or activity for 2 weeks after selection, you may lose your benefits.
- If your guild has no new/returning Adventurer sign-ups or activity for 2 weeks after selection, you may lose your benefits.
- Guilds found violating operating policies/event rules after selection may be excluded from future selection.
- Changing your guild’s type (Combat, Life, Sailing, Adventure) after selection may affect your visibility in the recruitment window.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to use user-submitted content (e.g., screenshots, videos) for promotional purposes, unrestricted by time or location, potentially featuring them on the Black Desert's official platforms.
- Participation involving copyright infringement or content plagiarism will result in disqualification, and prizes may be reclaimed even after the announcement of winners.
- Selected guilds will be announced after Dec 11, 2025 (Thu) maintenance. Announcement dates may change due to internal reasons.
- Event details and duration are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this event page without separate notices.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may lead to cancellation, reward repossession, and game access restrictions.
