1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

The issue has now been resolved and all Acoins have been successfully credited to the affected accounts.

We are aware of an issue that affected some adventurers, where Acoins purchased on Steam were not credited to accounts between 18:30 and 20:00 UTC on December 18, 2025.
