* Gear score stats are based on the values displayed in the Equipment window. 

* Stats from Trial or Hardcore characters do not count toward mission completion. 

* Rewards are sent via Mail (B) during the weekly maintenance based on the Mentee's progress as of Wednesday 01:00 (UTC). 

* All stage rewards are available once per Family. 

* If the Mentee has not completed the previous stage mission, they cannot claim rewards for later stages even if completed. (e.g., if you complete Stage 1 and Stage 3 without completing Stage 2, you can only receive the Stage 1 reward on maintenance day.)

FAQ

Q. How is the Family creation date determined? 

A. Your Family is created automatically when you first launch the client. Mentor/Mentee status is determined based on that date. 

  

Q. I qualify as a Mentee. Can I get rewards if I’d already completed the missions before the event started? 

A. Yes. As long as you are a Mentee and have registered a Mentor's coupon code, you will receive rewards for previously completed missions regardless of when they were finished. 

 

Q. I joined the previous Mentor & Mentee event and already claimed rewards as a Mentor. Can I participate again? 

A. Yes. Adventurers who participated before can still participate and claim rewards. 

  

Q. All 5 Mentees used my coupon codes. Do I get rewards 5 times? 

A. No. Stage 1 to 7 rewards are available once per Family. However, if two Mentees reach Stage 7, you can claim the bonus reward. 

  

Q. Multiple Mentors sent me coupon codes. Can I use them all? 

A. No. Coupon code can be used once per Family. We recommend using the coupon from the Adventurer you truly want as your Mentor. 

 

Q. How can I check my progress? 

A. Data is collected every Wednesday at 01:00, and rewards are sent during the following maintenance. Please track your own progress based on this schedule. 

 

Q. I used the wrong coupon code. Can I get it reissued? 

A. No. Coupon codes cannot be reissued after being generated. Please confirm eligibility before using a coupon code.

- Rewards without a specified quantity will be given as 1 item. 

- Event details and duration are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this event page without separate notice. 

- Event items may have restrictions on trading, selling, and their usage period (expiration), with varying binding settings per item. Items cannot be transferred or restored for these reasons. 

- For details on item binding, refer to the in-game item descriptions. 

- Issued items or rewards that have been used normally cannot be restored. 

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in disqualification, reward recovery, and restrictions on game access.
