The Season is designed to help new adventurers get a taste of what's ahead in Black Desert and get ready for the journey. With Season gear like Tuvala equipment, you can try out the enhancement system without too much pressure.

 

We noticed that enhancing Tuvala accessories could become overly repetitive. So, to help you learn the ropes without the tedium, we've made it so enhancement up to TRI (III) is now guaranteed to succeed.

• Changed so that enhancement for Tuvala accessories up to TRI (III) will succeed with a 100% chance.
  

We're offering support funds to help new adventurers settle into the world of Black Desert and enjoy its many adventures. You can find plenty of starter items already available, but with the funds, we hope you can pick out the gear you want and make the most of everything the game has to offer.

 

The total scale of the support funds is 10 billion Silver, but to prevent cases of abuse, they unlock gradually as you hit certain gameplay milestones. Some milestones grant support funds, while others reward you directly with valuable items, so every step of your journey brings its own benefit.

  • You can claim these funds from Challenge (Y) once per Family after completing the conditions listed below.

[Who Counts as a New Adventurer?]

An adventurer for whom 60 days (1,440 hours) have not yet passed since starting the game. If new adventurer benefits are active, the icon will be displayed at the top of the screen.

• Added the option to change the Black Desert launcher shortcut icon: RMB the launcher, select Properties, go to the Shortcut tab, and click Change Icon.

• Added Wukong to the Class Introduction page on the official Black Desert website.
• Updated the system requirements info for Black Desert on the Download page.

• Fixed the issue where Windows 11 was shown as Windows 10 in your login history.

• Improved the maintenance notice UI in the in-game Pearl Shop (F3) when the web store is under maintenance.

• Fixed the issue where you could be hit by regular field monsters after leaving an Arena of Solare Replay.
• Fixed some NPCs appearing awkwardly in the cutscene during the "[Atoraxxion] Echoes Through the Stronghold" quest.
• Changed so that outdated Illezra update text no longer appears during the "[Atoraxxion] Thornwood and the Dark Goddess" quest.
• Corrected typos in several suggested quest descriptions.
• Fixed the Max Quantity option not working properly in the shop when item prices exceeded 2.1 billion Silver.
• Fixed the issue where the wrong item grades were used when crafting [Guild] Stuffed Boar Head furniture.
  
  • You can craft [Guild] Stuffed Boar Head by Processing (L) - Manufacture with Stuffed Boar Head, Breath of Resentment x1, [Guild] Essence of Fury x10, and [Guild] Furniture Crafting Permit x3.
• Fixed the aiming point showing up when opening the Knowledge screen while using Precision Bombardment.
• Fixed expired quests showing up in the NPC chat selection menu.
• Improved navigation to Heidel Fountain to be more accurate.    
• Fixed Ulukita main quest being listed under the Other category in the Ongoing tab of the Quests (O) window.
• Fixed the issue where you couldn't mark your location with a hotkey on the World Map.
