[Resolved] Issues Receiving Verification Email

Greetings Adventurers,
We have noticed that the verification email was not being received by some Adventurers who have signed up for Pearl Abyss account after the Black Desert official website was opened.
This issue has currently been resolved. If you still have not received the verification email, please re-login to the Pearl Abyss website and click ‘Resend Verification Email’ to receive the verification email.
We will strive to provide better services as always.
