I made a ticket regarding this topic, as I think a lot of my outfits are ruined by the Summerland PJs.
Now that we finally are able to obtain the Bear Underwear, we are only able to get it from 1 RNG-box ffs.
The answer to the ticket was to go to the forum and express my opinion.

So here I go: I want the Bear Underwear to be added to the Pearl Shop, because Twinkle Star outfit is the best outfit without Summerland PJ.

I got from box long pajamas version, and put ticket, because I want new version.. but dont have luck, even ask about oportunity to buy in pearl shop!

I think is unfair you only can get randomly from this box

We must open ticket to ask about it!

Did some people get other underwear for shai  than Pijamas?

I will add this, I think pearl abyss is treating us as shit.

If the underwear are available, they could just enable them in the pearl shop. Very sad, that people need to open some event box and hope for the best.

Pearl Abyss doesn't even care about custommers asking for this change. Very disappointed.

At Least I think they dont read this forums... After opened ticket.. they give me thanks for feedbad and nothing more.

I cant understand  why still cant buy new kind of underwear for shai in pearlshop.. the items was in game from nearly 3 months ago.. and there are a lot of players, they have ... when PA decide to do it.. will make a party!

Every patch week have hope to can buy it..but it is always disappointing
