I would like to share with everyone a series of suggestions to change some guild options, in order to make life easier for masters, advisors, officers, and members, as well as being another option and opportunity for all types of players.

It is not reasonable that the guild Leader loses his brotherhood in the game if they spend 15 days without connecting. I have a dedicated web, my own domain and Discord with more than 400 users. What would happen to all this if I am admitted to the hospital for more than 15 days, or if I go on vacation for a month to an island? What good will the dedicated server, the domain and Discord do me? On the other hand, if a player already has to dedicate a lot of time to the game, why can't a guild manager program bonuses to the guild members out of his leisure time? And he also has to dedicate a lot of his leisure time to renewing contracts, launching quests or guild bonuses, among other things?

- Show "Join Date" in the guild contract, on the members.

- Show status, Active, Absent.

- Scheduler for launching active guild bonuses, with deposit for consumables [guild - Blood Pledge].

- Request for member renewal, selection of days and pay raise, to renew or reject contracts by officers, plus a record of such activity.

- Do not affect guild wars in safe zones and cities, or seasonal pjs in seasonal servers.

- Allow to distribute 0 incentives individually to members. For example: Distribute an incentive among 30 members and decide not to pay 10 of them.

- guild Coins (only valid within a guild ), related to the proposed new PVE guild missions below.

- PVE missions for "Adventures" guilds that do NOT do node wars, with higher rewards in silver and guild coins. Example: A portal through which waves of enemies appear and a goods wagon to protect from being destroyed.

- Missions for guild bosses with double reward of guild coins.

- Guild store for members, with exclusive sale for guild coins.

For example:

- Juices - 5 coins

- Syrups - X coins....

- Meals

- Pieces of Naru (linked to guild)

- Naru Weapons (linked to guild)

- Naru Jewelry Set (linked to guild)

- Armors of Professions (linked to guild)

- Set of tools of professions (linked to guild)

Among other items, consumables, etc.

As someone who can relate, April 2021 I got sick, was hospitalized and away for a bit of time, my cell was locked in the bed bag at hospital as I was on a ventilator in a coma for 3 weeks, and my partner was unable to get into my game, we had a random officer assume the Leadership, even though there was a plan in case, the Guild was almost lost after 5 years. All of your ideas are bang on, and I hope they make improvements to the game guild side, even the guild storage.

Remove bloods as currency when using buffs, just deduct the cost directly from guild funds

More ranks and customizable permissions and/or storage

Sell back price = Buy price on guild store items 

Remove contracts all together
Daily pay set by Guild Master
No penalty for a member leaving a guild
Ability to surrender from one sided decs after 2 hours have passed

Ability to set kill count for mutal war decs and publically announce winners with some kind of rank system or visual award on guild page

Arsha pvp should not add to war score

Guild drill and fuel should be purchasable with guild funds and not player crafted

Guild house rework. Permanant like player homes, buy for $10b change crafting function 1 time per week for $1b
Guild menu rework. Tab for guild rules, calendar of events, KDR of members for gvgs, like for nws.

Guild achievements for members that reset weekly or monthly like most player kills, most horses caught, most trolls killed w/e

Able to select from all guild missions available on any server no cool down after completing. 

10 of each catagory of guild missions avalable = 30 missions per day total

Rework trading missions, they all suck except the bartering ones.

Guild xp skills for all life skills

No karma loss for killing guildless players
